Customers who purchase images and videos from OSM Live are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for personal or commercial purposes, as specified in the license agreement accompanying the purchased content. Customers may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the content without explicit permission from OSM Live.

OSM Live requires payment before distributing images and videos to reduce the risk of theft. Any content we believe to be screenshotted or screen recorded without payment is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action being taken.

3. Security and Child Safety

OSM Live is committed to ensuring the security and safety of our users, especially children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. Parents and guardians are encouraged to supervise their children's online activities and contact us immediately if they believe their child's information has been collected without their consent.

4. User Conduct

Refund Policy:

OSM Live is not obligated to provide a refund in the following circumstances:

• Personal Preference: We do not offer refunds simply because you do not like the photos or videos purchased.

• Missed Moments: OSM Live cannot guarantee capturing every specific moment during an event. Refunds will not be provided for any missed moments.

• Obstructed Views: If objects placed by the theatre or competition obstruct the stage and affect the quality of the content, refunds will not be granted.

• Inadequate Lighting: OSM Live endeavours to work with available lighting conditions but cannot guarantee optimal results in every situation. Refunds will not be issued due to inadequate stage lighting.

Customers are entitled to a refund in the following circumstances:

• Inadequate Quantity or Quality: If there are not enough adequate photos to fulfill your original order. Inadequate photos include those that:

  • Are not focused on any part of the body or group photographed.

  • Are underexposed or overexposed to the extent that no detail is captured.

  • Are corrupt or lost.

• Incomplete Routine: If you or the competitor cannot complete more than half of the routine for any reason, a refund will be issued.
